Service Description

We are once again getting a special visit from Santa this year, why not come and join us for a festive train ride and visit Santa at his grotto. Each child will get to see Santa and receive a present, which will be suitable for all aged children. The Gardens along the route will be all decorated and lit up with Christmas lights along with some magical effects. The experience will last approximately 20Mins.

Cancellation Policy

If you do wish to cancel, please let us know before 48 Hours to your Train Ride. On the day if you are late and miss the train, its your responsibility to be there on time, at least 5 mins before the time of your booking. Otherwise Refunds won't be given and we hold no responsibility to get you on another train. By Purchasing Tickets you agree to this, as we will miss out and other customer will do to. So ensure you are on time and not late, TRAINS LEAVE AT TIMES OF BOOKINGS!! In the event we have to cancel your booking, for unforeseen circumstances refunds will be given and arranged in due course.
