Our railway would be nothing without our amazing band of volunteers! 

We simply couldn't survive without them. The entire railway is run by volunteers! We are always looking for new faces to come and join our team!

 

Jobs around the railway include:

- Track laying and landscaping 

- Building maintenance

- Gardening Team

- Train driving (minimum age 17)

- Train guards 

- Station staff

- Rolling stock maintenance

 and lots, lots more!!!!

 

No prior experience required, training will be given on site! Minimum age for volunteering is 14, to be on site unaccompanied by an adult family member. Or from 10 With A Family member on site to chaperone, at all times.
